I ink them by hand, using a Sakura Micron, usually an 01. But I use photoshop to clean it up a little.

I usually buy my pens in my bookstore, because it also carries art supplies, but if I go into the city I can go to Deserres, which is an art store. You could probably order some in from the company or a store.
